We hope everyone had a great weekend! Spring football begins next week!!! We are excited to get on the field.

Grades: Spring ball begins soon! Make sure your grades are where they should be. We can help you. We have tutors ready to help.

Touchdown Tuesday: No Touchdown Tuesday. Spring practices begin next week!!!

Weightlifting: Everyone needs to be in the weight room. This is not a request!!! You cannot go to another gym instead of our workouts. We have sessions every morning!
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday the weight room is open from 6-8am
Tuesday and Thursday the weight room is open from 7-8am

1st and 6th period: Come ready to go each day. We will do offensive signal install in class!

Thursday: Everyone that comes to morning workout on Thursday will get breakfast! Get in there and get your work in!

Spring Football is football practice that you cannot miss! We will be on the field for our practices. You need to be there. Make sure your classes are where they need to be so you don’t miss. Begins May 6th!!! See the spring football post for the schedule. If you are in another sport, you will participate in that sport and come out when it is completed. When you have practice, come to football practice once yours is complete so you can learn. You will not participate in the practices until your season is over.

6-8am Weightlifting
3-4pm Linemen training on the field
3-4pm Receivers training on the field
3:45-4:30 Weight room

Thursday 5/2
7-8am Weight room. Breakfast provided!!!
3:45-4:30 Weight room

Friday 5/3
6-8am Weightlifting

Spring football begins with our meeting on Monday!!! Make sure you are ready to go.
