We hope you had a great weekend. We have multiple training sessions coming up this week. Take advantage of every opportunity to get better. Everyone needs to get in the weight room!

Touchdown Tuesday: We will not have Touchdown Tuesday this week.

1st and 6th period: Meet in the weight room first so we can review ideas and concepts.

Grades: Everyone needs to be focused on keeping up with their assignments. Set time aside each day to work on your current assignments so you do not fall behind. If you need help, we have tutoring available as well as study hall time.

Schedule this week:

Monday 3/25/24
7-8am Weight room
3:30-3:40 Tennis ball drills. All Receivers and Runningbacks need to get their tennis ball drills done. This will be done behind the weight room.
3:40- 5:00pm Weight room

Tuesday 3/26/24
No Touchdown Tuesday this week. Go to the morning Weightlifting session!!!
7-8am Weight room
No Weight room after school. All teachers have a meeting.

Wednesday 3/27/24
7-8am Weight room
3-4pm WR on the field!
3-3:45 Offensive Linemen on the field
3:45-4:30 Weight room

Thursday 3/28/24
7-8am Entire program workout. Breakfast provided after the workout. Everyone needs to get here!!!
3:45-4:45 Weight room

Friday 3/29/24
7-8am Weight room
No weight room after school. Attend the morning session.
